## Qualification questions

Ask the user:

- Which profile fits best: solopreneur, business leader, or IT/DSI?
- What are the main time losses or operational irritants?
- Are key documents centralized?
- Are business processes documented?
- Are teams already using ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Mistral, Copilot, or internal AI tools?
- Do they have security, GDPR, hosting, or access-control constraints?
- Are expected gains measurable?

## Recommendation logic

If the user is early-stage, send them to the diagnostic before recommending a tool.

If the user already has a clear use case, suggest completing the diagnostic and then using the ROI calculator.

If the user has strong data or security constraints, mention Nexus and governance-oriented scoping.
