Does Nexus Pocket replace Nexus?

No. Pocket is the mobile layer for capture, consultation and quick action. Knowledge, spaces, permissions and indexing remain managed by the Nexus environment.

Is Nexus Pocket available on the App Store or Google Play?

No. Nexus Pocket is a Progressive Web App that can be installed from a compatible browser.

Can I use Pocket without an internet connection?

Pocket is not presented as a fully offline application. Some functions require access to company services and data.

Can I choose where my information is saved?

Yes. Notes, Assistant, Captures and Echo each have their own destination, which can include a workspace and, when available, a project.

Can the Assistant access all company data?

No. It searches only the authorized Nexus scope and the destination selected for the Assistant.

Can Pocket send an email or create an event automatically?

Pocket can prepare these actions when Gmail or Google Calendar integrations are configured and authorized. Human confirmation remains required before execution.

How long is the audio from an Echo meeting retained?

The original audio is retained for seven days. The transcript, summary, structured data and meeting metadata remain available afterwards.

Does Echo always identify every speaker perfectly?

No. Speaker separation can be imperfect, especially in long conversations or when people speak at the same time. Pocket allows identified speakers to be adjusted and grouped.

Notes

Capture information immediately using voice or text.

A note can receive an attachment or reminder and can be moved to another authorized destination. Voice notes are transcribed and become usable work objects.

Captures

Add a web page, PDF, document, shared text or compatible image to the company knowledge environment.

Pocket extracts usable content, can generate tags and a summary, and publishes the resource to the selected destination so it can later be retrieved and queried.

A Note is a work object. A Capture enriches company knowledge.

RETRIEVE

Find the information you need, when you need it.

Ask a question by text or voice. Pocket searches the information you are authorized to access and returns an answer you can read, listen to or explore further.

A response can then become a note, a reminder or the starting point for another action.

ECHO

A meeting should not disappear once it ends.

Record a meeting from Pocket or import a compatible audio file. Echo transcribes and structures the conversation into:
